  01-14-2018 : Fresh out of imprisonment for 1 yr. over a bale of cat food my Honorable boss pre-paid this piece-of-shat Chaplaincy $650.00 instrumental to housing me for one month .Said funds were absconded under color of DOT ORG agency my chattels & I were lain in front of the Salvation Armys' Center Of Hope (over-populated at the time) and my Civil Lawsuit never seen "Day" ,dis-respective of multiple Florida Statutes remaining in violation .Bill Mucous Powlowski is a punk ,a theif,swindler,and one day the Lord will paint his headstone .This crook needs to pay all the people he'd beaten including my boss & I and learn REAL Christianity ,trust ! Don't deal with him - he loves to steal ,further trust !

  This operation is headed by William Powlowski. Powlowski recently closed "GOOD DEAL FURNITURE' in belleview, owing many people money. I personally know of SEVERAL SENIOR CITIZENS THAT he took their furniture-sold it-and never paid them a dime.. BELLEVIEW POLICE DEPARTMENT has an open case on him that they are investigating based on reports of FRAUD. THIS MAN IS A THIEF AND CROOK. Pretends to be a great "CHRISTIAN" then screws people. The last church he was affiliated WITH in BELLEVIEW----WORSHIP GARDEN CENTER- very discreetly asked him to leave their flock. STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING THIS MAN HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH. He also served 14years in Florida prison for a CONVICTION OF ACCESSORY TO MURDER. HE IS NOW RUNNIING ANOTHER FURNITURE STORE IN BELLEVIEW CALLED "HEAVENLY BEDS" LOCATED NEXT TO RAINBOW BIBLE BOOKSTORE.

  Operation Clean Start, through the guidance and love of both Pastor Bill Powlowski and his beautiful wife Bobbi, have helped shape and given me the courage to begin a new life. They ministered the love of Jesus Christ and the importance of persevering throughout life's daily challenges. In this I find strength. Today I find that when I put God at the center of my life, everything else falls into place just as HE has planned from the very beginning. I applaud the wonderful work these two servants of the living Jesus are are doing for those who have lost their way. It's such a blessing to have people like these to reach out and lend a guiding hand to those in need...today...I am grateful!
