  Very professional kind and understanding. No problems and I would recommend then highly. They performed funerals for both Mom and Dad ,could not ask for more.

  Amazing staff. I was worried about several aspects of my aunt's funeral. I was treated with respect and professionalism beyond my expectations.

  My uncle had prepaid his funeral at Hiers Baxley with all arrangements made ahead of time. I live in Connecticut and when my uncle died John Ferguson at Hiers Baxley took care of everything for us. It would have been so much more difficult without his help. The entire burial went smoothly without me or my family having to do a thing. Mr. Ferguson and staff were always extremely prompt and considerate in their responses. I would strongly encourage people to to use their services and preplan their funerals. It makes a difficult time a lot easier.

  My husband, Joseph H. Byrne, convinced me a few years ago to replant our funeral arrangements. I was truly hesitant as I thought that we were healthy and living a great life so "Why plan our funeral".
  Thank you, Joe! My Joe passed away in February of this year; and much to my relief John Ferguson at Hiers Baxley had our plans at his fingertips. He walked my daughters and I through our plans with sincere care.
  So what would have been an insurmountable task was made so much easier. Thank you John Ferguson for your kindness.
  I have suggested to many of my friends that they replant their Funeral Arrangements.
