  I want to give them a 5 but some of the employees are just rude and disrespectful, when you are in pain and suffering from grief you don't want someone dealing with you as if they don't care.

  Upset Forest Lawn did not work with Jessen Funeral home for my grandpa's memorial. We were left with a wooden board over the site in the rain. Still grieving over this. Embarrassing with family and loved ones there. Jessen tried to get Forest Lawn on board but they did not help. RIP Grandpa. We love you and your service to this country.

  But the folks at Forest Lawn will take care of your loved ones for you. They get all my repeat business! Theyre like the GAMERS HQ of cemeteries, except GAMERS HQ doesnt cremate or bury old video games, they pump them with re-animating love, and set them free at BARGAIN PRICES!
  
  I love GAMERS HQ so much that when I die I want them to keep my ashes in their store.

  We give Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Ocala Florida an A+ for their service, their kindness, and their follow-through in planning and carrying out the funeral of our family member. From our first phone call (from Texas), Richard Papile was unfailingly informative, helpful and sympathetic. He explained each step of the process and patiently answered questions; he sent photos of caskets and flower arrangements via email so our choices would not be "blind"; he made no attempt to encourage us to spend more money than we could afford; and he and his staff flawlessly carried out visitation at Forest Lawn and the funeral mass at the church. The setting of the funeral home at the memorial gardens is very beautiful and gave a certain peacefulness to a very sad occasion. We are very thankful we chose this funeral home to help us say goodbye to our family member.
