  I want to thank all the folks at Brown Memorial Funeral Home in Ocala, FL for their kindness and helpfulness during this difficult time. It's nice to work with a family owned business, where everyone expresses true sympathy for the death of your loved one. You can always talk to the same person, so you're never put on hold or asked to repeatedly provide the same info to a different person each time you call. The people at Brown's say, "I understand, I care and I'm here to help you in anyway I possibly can." I had to arrange for the care of my father from out of state and the folks at Brown's made it as easy as they could. They didn't try to take advantage of me by pushing expense funeral " packages" or try to make me feel guilty for not purchasing such plans, as did several of the funeral homes I contacted in Ocala.
